TEACHING

PURPOSE:

To enforce the Biblical example of a plurality of elders and thus serve the church better, to give aspiring leaders opportunity to teach/preach and thus provide for the next generation of leadership/planting, to get a more holistic approach to sermon preparation, and to ensure the health of the lead pastor/his family.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•      Assist in sermon preparation.

•      Assist in vision casting of teaching/preaching schedule.

•      Assist with the Bible studies.

• Provide service/Sermon feedback

•     Be actively involved in 1 on 1 discipling.
